INITIATE

Select the product(s) to be returned from your Sales Order and click RMA.

NEX automatically creates the RMA with the required customer and product information.
Enter additional required details and send it to your customer with the click of a button.

RETURN & RECEIVING

Track return reasons and shipments. Log receive condition

Directly from the RMA page, enter the return reason and track the return shipment.  Once received, log the received condition (Damaged, DOA, Defective, etc.)
